Our pre-purchase plumbing check includes:
- Check water pressure to property.
- Inspect toilets, test for leaks, make adjustments if required.
- Inspect bathroom taps, hoses and pipes. Check for leaks or blockages.
- Inspect kitchen taps, hoses and pipes. Check for leaks or blockages.
- Dishwasher hoses, connections and isolation tap inspected.
- Laundry taps, hoses and connections inspected.
- Washing machine hoses, connections and taps inspected.
- Drains and floor wastes inspected.
- Inspection of garden taps.
- Inspection of gutters and downpipes.
- Inspection of any gullies and any inspection openings.
